My Background
As a child I took art classes and loved painting on canvas. I decided to go to school for Architecture and Civil Engineering. I learned many techniques and art forms but realized that it was not for me. It was not until I got pregnant with my first child that I found peace while painting. It was not until my first child was 12 that I actually found value in my work.

I prefer to paint on canvas with heavy body acrylic paint. I love adding textures like glitter and rhinestones. My art is my passion so I cannot consider it to be work. I also started dabbling in Permanent Vinyl and HTV on my paintings and on shadowboxes.

The world around me has always been my inspiration. Moving to Florida, specifically South Beach in 2003 has made me a temendous fan of Romero Britto. His colors and pop art style are so uplifting and happy. He inspired me to create my own custom designs. I showcase a lot of my art to my patients in a Neurology Practice. the joy they get is priceless.
